Experience & degree
- Telecom customer care agent (5Y min)
- Team supervision experience (3Y min)
- 3Y bachelor degree
Skills
- Strong operational experience, can deliver volumes under pressure
- Result oriented, respect his commitments
- Team player and natural leadership
- Good coaching skills, able to understand and develop his/her team
- Ready to do, fast implementer
Languages
- Fluent in Dutch & French, Very good in English
